Family owned and operated since 1948, we are incredibly proud to be a family owned and operated business that begins at our very own Melaleuka Farm, in North Dandalup, Western Australia.
We aim to provide a true farm-to-table experience and our philosophy is to deliver the best beef, produced by us, for you. Our business encompasses our cattle breeding program, farming, meat processing (butchery) and retail, as well as nine hospitality that feature our home grown produce.
Our signature herd of cattle are “Akaushi” (or Red Wagyu), a Japanese breed that has allowed us to consistently produce a superior quality of beef. The unique breeding program allows us to produce beef with a lower melting temperature of fat marbling, making it both more tasty and healthier.
The passion for our beef, along with our very talented team of butchers and chefs in our venues, means we are able to provide our customers with premium seasonal produces and menus that showcase the very best that Melaleuka Farm and Western Australia has to offer.
